Refund and Returns Policy for Artparizz Electronics

2.2 Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

2.3 Return Label

  • If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a pre-paid return label for items that were damaged or incorrectly shipped. The return label can be used to send the product back to us free of charge.

2.4 Packaging

  • Please securely package the item to prevent any damage during the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package is safely delivered to us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
